| Due to the many factors that make up freight cost for an order that exceeds nine cases of these heavier items, ten or more units placed in your shopping cart will reflect no shipping charges. When we receive that order, we will find the most competitive shipping quote for your purchase and will email you with the shipping cost. We can communicate shipping costs to you and bill you for those charges in three ways:
1. You may make and pay for your purchase from the shopping cart. At this point, you will have paid for the merchandise only. If you approve the shipping cost, we will send you an email with an executable invoice for the shipping fee. The invoice will have a link to our shopping cart where the transaction could be completed. If you are not satisfied with the final cost, we will promptly void the original sale and will refund your merchandise purchase immediately.
2. You may opt to place a "preliminary order" through the shopping cart. To do this, you select "preliminary order" as method of payment. You are not charged anything at this point. We will email you with the order total including the shipping. If you approve the final tally, we will then email you an executable invoice for the entire purchase.
3. You may email us for a quote prior to using the shopping cart function. If you send an email, be sure to include your delivery address. There is no obligation to purchase in any circumstance until and unless you approve the freight cost.
