This enticing product, made with 100% real coffee, produces a very delicious iced Cappuccino by simply mixing Cappuccino Instantaneo with six parts milk. The finished product is already sweetened naturally with fructose.
Serve cold over ice. Add whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for a heavenly concoction. It also works wonderfully in a blender with ice. If you are feeling really decadent, add ice cream to the blender with the coffee, milk and ice! To make variations on this great coffee confection, add a little bit of Gambelini Italian Coffee syrups seen on the previous two pages. Gambelini syrup is available in Amaretto, Caramel, Chocolate Cream, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, and Red Raspberry.

Cappuccino Instantaneo is available by the half-gallon. This jug, when mixed with 3 gallons of milk, will yield a total of three and one-half gallons of sumptuous Iced or Hot Cappuccino. There is no refrigeration or special handling required. It may be pantry-stored, but should be kept from heat and sunlight to prevent fading of flavor and color.
