High school concession stands frequently use the 8051D. Same with youth baseball and swimming pool concession stands, which don't need the higher capacity. One word of caution: just because there's space to cook does not mean that you have enough watts to maintain the proper temperature. Watch the red pilot light and don't put pastry snacks in the fryer cooking oil unless the oil temperature is above 375°F. Below that, you get grease absorption - you serve grease balls and you virtually go out of business.
